If My Nose Were Full of Nickels, I'd Blow It All On You

Is this really a Country & Western song title?

Number 23, apparently, in the Best of the Worst Country-Western Song Titles list

My personal favourite (no 29):
My John Deere Was Breaking Your Field, While Your Dear John Was Breaking My Heart

I remember a singer-comedian-postman who played at the 13 Club at Cicero and Madison in Chicago in the late 40s and early 50s. His stage name was Danny Rio, and he was noted for his big nose, and his theme song "If I had a nose full of nickels, I'd blow it all on you." Danny's day job was carrying mail, and he called himself "The Poor Man's Jimmy Durante."
